Denemouth Park

Terms of use

These terms cover your use of this website. Please read them. By using the site, you accept them.

Who we are

This website is operated by Denemouth Caravan Park Ltd, trading as Denemouth Park, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 05655912, with its registered office at 66-68 Oswald Road, Scunthorpe, DN15 7PG. You can contact us on 07874 107947 or at [email protected].

Using this website

You are welcome to browse the site for your own personal, non-commercial use, to find out about the park and the homes we have for sale. You agree not to misuse it, for example by trying to break its security, disrupt it, or copy large parts of it automatically.

Home details, prices and availability

We work hard to keep the information about our homes accurate and up to date, and we show a price and an availability status on every home. Even so, the details, prices, specifications, images and availability on this website are for general guidance only. They are not an offer to sell and they do not form part of any contract. They can change, and there may occasionally be an error, so nothing you see here is a binding quote. A sale is only agreed once it is confirmed in writing between you and us.

Sending us an enquiry, booking a viewing or requesting a brochure is simply a way of getting in touch. It does not reserve a home or commit you to buying one.

Our content

The text, photographs, logo and design on this website belong to us or are used with permission. Please do not copy, republish or reuse them elsewhere without our agreement.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

Your privacy
