Denemouth Park sits on Coast Road at Blackhall Rocks, right where Castle Eden Dene runs down to the North Sea. You have the beach a short walk away, the coast path along the cliff tops and the woodland of the dene behind you, and Hartlepool is about fifteen minutes down the road.
It is a family run park, and it is owners only. There are no holiday lets here, so the people next door are owners like you, and they will still be your neighbours next year. The gates and the CCTV that covers the whole park keep it that way, and it is open twelve months of the year, so you can live here all year round.
Dogs are more than welcome on the park, and with miles of beach and cliff top on the doorstep it is a very good place to own one. At the end of the day there is Denemouth Bar, our own clubhouse, with food on a Friday, live acts most weekends, the football on the screens and Sunday lunch.

Do I buy the pitch separately?
No. Your pitch comes with your home, so you buy the two together. Every home for sale on this website is already on its pitch at the park.
Can I bring my dog?

Yes, Denemouth Bar, our own clubhouse. It is open Friday to Sunday: food deliveries and collections from 12 on a Friday, the bar and eating in from 6pm, live acts most weekends, the football on the screens and Sunday lunch from 12 to 3. Everyone is welcome, not just owners.
